CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Policy

Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team at info@smartveda.co

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

The Company will not accept any returns nor initiate any refunds on the purchase of the product unless:

Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or products that have physical defects or in case of incorrect products being shipped. An email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product should be sent within 48 hours to accept the request. Alternatively, you can also reach out to our customer service via WhatsApp at 8299531783.

Should you need to return all or part of your order, simply inform us within 48 hours of receiving the products by emailing info@smartveda.co. Your feedback is valuable to us, so please include the reason for the cancellation in your email. We'll promptly process your refund as mentioned below: Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken for the product and/or the batch number has been tampered with. On receipt of the returned product, Smartveda will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim. If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back to the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you. For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting a refund.

Due to unseen circumstances, there can be issues that delay the process of shipping which can cause an indefinite delay. Our customer management team will contact you on this basis providing updates. Our standard shipping time is within 4 to 5 business days.
