  • Do not eat curd at night

  • Never heat curd

    Curd loses its properties on heating therefore, it is advised not to heat curd.
  • Do not mix curd with chicken, meat or fish 

        Curd is incompatible with meat, chicken and fish. It results in the production of toxins in the body. Also, fish,              meat and chicken are high in protein and it is believed that a combination of high proteins can lead to                  indigestion and skin issues.
