Our reward program allows you to earn Smart Coins (SC) based on your purchases. There are three levels: Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3, each offering a different number of SC for every 10 Rupees spent.
For Level 1 members, you earn 1 SC for every 10 Rupees spent. Level 2 members receive 2 SC, and Level 3 members earn 3 SC for every 10 Rupees spent. For example, on a purchase of 500 Rupees, Level 1 customers receive 50 SC, Level 2 customers receive 100 SC, and Level 3 customers receive 150 SC.
To become a Level 1 member, simply log in to your account on our website, and you will automatically be enrolled in the program. Once you’re a member, you can earn Smart Coins on your purchases and start redeeming them when you reach 300 SC for the first time. After that, there is no minimum SC requirement to redeem discounts on your orders.
You can easily check your SC balance by logging in to your account on our website. Once logged in, your current SC balance will be displayed in your account dashboard.
Yes, you can combine your SC with other offers or discounts available on our website. When you redeem your SC, the discount will be applied in addition to any other discounts or promotions you may be eligible for.
